Our Warranty & Service Commitment

Last updated September 7, 2026

These are the commitments behind every DuctXperts job in Austin and Central Texas. They are the same whether you booked a single dryer vent cleaning or a full duct replacement.

Licensed, insured and certified

DuctXperts is a fully licensed and insured business. Every technician who works in your home is certified and employed by us — we do not subcontract the work out to whoever is available. If you would like to see proof of licensing or insurance before we start, ask and we will provide it.

A free inspection before anything is quoted

Every job starts with an inspection at no charge and no obligation. We open the system and show you its actual condition rather than describing it to you.

That includes telling you when work is not needed. If the ducts do not warrant cleaning, we will say so and you will owe us nothing for the visit.

The price we quote is the price you pay

Pricing is given after the inspection, in writing, for a defined scope of work. Once that number is agreed:

  • Nothing is added to the bill after work has started
  • If we discover something that genuinely changes the scope, we stop and talk to you first — you decide whether to proceed
  • There are no charges for arriving, for parking, or for the inspection itself

Work done to manufacturer specification

Cleaning, sealing and replacement work is carried out to the specifications of your equipment manufacturer, so the work we do does not jeopardise the warranty on your HVAC system. Where a manufacturer requires a particular method or material, we follow it.

Your property is protected while we work

Floors, furnishings and work areas are protected before the equipment comes in, and the space is left clean when we leave. Debris is removed from the property with HEPA-filtered equipment rather than being redistributed through the house.

What our work covers — and what it does not

Being clear about this up front saves everyone frustration:

  • Covered: the workmanship of the service you booked — that it was carried out properly, completely and to specification
  • Not covered: pre-existing faults in equipment we did not install, damage caused by others after our visit, and normal re-accumulation of dust over time
  • Not covered: moisture problems whose source sits outside the ductwork. We will identify these during the inspection and tell you what actually needs fixing, but resolving the source is separate work

If something is not right

Tell us. Call (512) 656-2116 or email info@ductxperts.com and describe what you are seeing. We aim to respond within one business day and, where the concern relates to work we performed, we will come back out and reassess it.

Please keep your invoice — it records the date, the scope of work and the technician who carried it out, which makes any follow-up much faster.
